Dear German friends,
I greatly enjoyed another week of music on tour in Germany with my colleague, guitarist Leander Reininghaus (Berlin). As always it was wonderful to play in your country which, in some ways, has adopted me; I was there for only eight days, but it seemed like more. I have been doing 2-3 tours per year in Germany for over 10 years now, thanks to all the people who appreciate my music and who invite me to play on the stages of their clubs, cafes, events, festivals, homes and gardens.
Celebrating my November Scorpio birthday in Germany has also become a tradition for me and a great way to celebrate, surrounded by your warmth and affection. I want to thank all the organizers who offered me their stages, the friends who came out to support me (and take pictures of me!) and all the new people who I hope have enjoyed my music! Many gracious thanks to all! In the next few days I will thank everyone, one by one!
